There are some really good craft brews being made in New Hampshire these days and our taste buds are happy campers as a result.

So we found our way to Penuche’s one afternoon last week looking for a cold pint brewed right here in the Granite State.

We had just missed out on the Redhook and Stoneface limited edition Form Factor double IPA collaboration, but luckily found a couple other options to satisfy our craving.

So we ordered a 603 Brewery 18 Mile Rye Pale Ale to keep with our goal of trying a New Hampshire beer.

And this is one you want to drink if you’re hanging out in the back yard, but still require a beer that doesn’t taste like alcohol flavored water.

It’s fairly light and not overly hoppy, but has a great taste. The rye taste really pushes through, especially after you take the last sip.

We’d definitely take this one for another spin and can’t wait to see what 603 Brewery comes up with next.
