This is a “just the facts book” for simple changes to achieve whole-body wellness.

There are tips for eating, moving, boosting, healing and living life optimally. You don’t need to make the changes all at once, but you can check any page of this book and decide to change one thing or attempt something new like meditation, yoga or acupuncture.

Fill the kitchen with food that grows in the ground. No need to read labels. Eat the yolk – no more egg white omelets. It’s sugar and fast carbs that trigger production of bad cholesterol in your body, not eggs. Hard boiled eggs and avocados for breakfast, anyone? Are chocolate, red wine or energy bars good for you? What supplements do we actually need, and is yoga a big deal?

This book is written by a proponent of functional medicine and a yogi. It has wonderful illustrations and easy-to-follow advice. A quick read to make you feel better.
